Mercury FAQ
Copy Mercury to new server

No complications whatsoever, just make sure the path to the Mercury folder is the same. Remember to copy empty folders in the Mercury folder as well. And keep a backup copy of the original folder just in case.

I apologize, I know this question has been asked before, because I've seen it.  But all my searches have turned up nothing.

What is the simplest way to move an entire Mercury installation from an old computer to a new one, with the same operating system?

The reason I ask is because I am not sure whether or not there are registry settings, system dll's, directories outside /Mercury, or other things that I need to know before I try it.
