 1.   Set both a PTR and MX host record for this host name and try again.

 2.    Use MercuryC and send via the ISP's SMTP host.

When I send e-mail to hotmail.com I received "550 your e-mail was rejected for policy reason on this gateway.  Reasons f", I don't have this problem with any other domain, I am using 4.51 version.

You did not provide the domain information but I suspect you are using MercuryE and sending mail from a system that has either a randomly assigned IP address  or one that does not have a rDNS (PTR record) set.  Turn on session logging and try to send to a Hotmail address and then give us the result.

 Upgrade to version 4.52 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! There's a serious vulnerability in 4.51 which has been pached with 4.52.

Without talking to Hotmail I suspect that the domain deadheroes.gotdns.org either is on a randomly assigned IP address or on some black list.  Yep, the IP address 70.124.69.165 is listed as a residential address on a number of lists at http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx including the big one SORBS.  Also the domain deadheroes.gotdns.org does not resolve to a PTR or MX record, these need to be fixed.  If you are running with a fixed IP address then you might want to ask Hotmail why they are blocking.
