This is invalid since the UNC path must include both the server and share name of the system containing the program.

I generally never install the program more than once, on the server only.

This means that Pegasus Mail is not looking at a mailbox structure that contains more than one user. In your case is looks like you are not point at the mailboxes on the server.

Correct. Can you do a directory of the mailbox from the workstation
Dir \\Jadeserver\c\Pmail\Mail
and see all of the use mailboxes?

1. Verify that the path you are using is correct. The "Server" and "Volume" must match the system and share name assigned to the server.
2. The users must have read/write/create access to their mail directory and at least read access to the Pegasus Mail program directories.
The startup process is pretty simple. Pegasus Mail reads the pmail.cfg file in the program directory to find both the pmail.usr file and the user mailbox. It reads the pmail.usr to verify the user and then goes to the matching subdirectory and looks for a pmail.ini file. If either of these fail for any reason you get the user not found.
