Hi All.

Could anybody please tell me whether it is possible to enter a csv list into a distribution list? I have about 300 people in the list and it would take a long time to enter all the addresses manually.

All the best

If creating a new dlist, create the dlist without any entries then paste all of the addresses into the newly created dlist file (.PML), one address per line leaving an empty line between the Title and Sig lines and the addresses.  One of mine looks like this:

\TITLE Data Reporting Recipients
\NOSIG Y

user1@datarpt1.com
user2@datarpt1.com

If adding to an existing dlist, identify its .PML file then add the addresses as per above (suggest making a copy first).

It isn't even necessary to open the file and mess with it, you can simply copy an arbitrary number of addresses (one per line) into Pegasus Mail's DList editor.
