I have studied all the ols (pre 2011) threads on this subject, but in my case nothing helped. The situation is this:
Windows 7, x64, SP1 with all updates.

There is no differnce in behaviour of Pegaus, whether this option is set or not, whether formatted or unformatted content is selected.

The file Rquotes.pns contains the texts starting at x003c, This is the beginning of the file:
winpm-32.exe has no special flags (such as compatibilty mode)
So what can I do to get the variable text inserted into the signature?
