After powering on the PC, I open various programs. Sometimes, after opening these programs, the windows system buttons (close, minimize, etc) and other dialog box functions don't work - nothing happens when I click on them. Through trial and error, I discovered that closing Peg solves this problem (right-click on Peg taskbar button > Close window). Even stranger is that the problem can occur without Peg being open, in which case the only solution appears to be opening Peg and then closing it again. Any idea what might be going on? We need some configuration details before we can look very far into this problem. Needless to say, we have not seen any "Me too" messages from other uses.

Go into Pegasus Mail and click menu Help/About Pegasus Mail, then click button "Info". Then select and copy the resulting screen into a posting to this Community
