Warning - deleting empty folders, not always safe

Right, Mercury really likes the queue directory and all scratch directories to be there, even if empty! :)

I was getting a network error on Mercury today, so it wasn't retrieving my new email.
Then I had a brainwave. Last week while exploring 'Kerish Doctor''s options, I saw that it could search for and delete all empty folders. Great, I hate empty folders!
So, fortunately it had a 'rollback' option, so I did that and all is well again.

P.S. Kerish Doctor is a Windows maintenance program, similar to CCleaner but much more powerful.
