Suddenly Cannot Send Mail Via MercuryC SMTP Client to Gmail

Thanks Rolf. I was able to hit the Gmail SMTP server from the command line on my server. I went back and removed the string in the Announce As field and mail started going through.

Thanks for your help!

Hello,

Midway through the day on 3/29/2016 MercuryC stopped being able to connect to Gmail's SMTP server.

Since then I only see the following error in MercuryC's log file:

Connection error during handshake with smtp.gmail.com.

 failed.

Error FF servicing queue job.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 Thank you,

Harry Fuller

To find out more try temporarily switching on session logging for MercuryC. To verify network connectivity use a Telnet client to manually connect to smtp.gmail.com.
