Sorry to sound like such a newbie....but I can't figure this out!
After your reply last month, I checked the Pmail settings and saw that Firefox was selected as my browser; set and reset it a couple of times but it didn't change anything; when I clicked on a link the program just opened the Program window on my PC; also, if I right clicked on the link and select "Open link in browser" it only shows me Chrome and IE, not Firefox.
Interestingly enough, after doing all those checks last month, nothing seemed to change, but when after shutting down and rebooting the next day, all was working!! Everything was fine until 3 days ago, then the same problem occurred. Is there something that is updating which is changing internal settings? Is someone deliberately trying to freeze out Firefox?
I want to try your suggestion for editing the registry, but don't know where to find it on my machine (running Win8.1).
Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks!
