MercuryE - connection error during handshake with 212.227.15.9

Thanks a lot for the tip...

I will also have to work arround with SPF's for other vhosts on this testing server, before installing on the production server...

One more time thanks a lot.....

With the best regards of Aquiles Crespo

Hello ....

i am configuring a send mail in a webhost test server of the company were i am making my education

in this configuration i use the MercuryS and MercuryE and the mail problem is when i try to send a mail to the GMX servers somehow i get :

"connection error during handshake with 212.227.15.9"

"connection error during handshake with 212.227.15.5"

everytime i try to gmx.de.

when i send to GMAIL, HOTMAIL, OUTLOOK etc etc , the mail is sended without errors. so i think that everything is configured correctly. Or am i missing something?

here is a copy of mine .ini from mercury.

Yes actually, my first conf was without ssl and everything was working except sending for gmx also... So after I tryed to activate the ssl because I thought that could be the problem...

I am in the school now. So Later when I am back in the house I can post more error info with the session logs... There was giving some more info, and I think there us maybe missing the ptr ... I am not sure. .

This is probably the reason: "554 invalid DNS PTR resource record, IP=81.209.184.2"

They are doing a reverse DNS lookup on the IP address and based on the result they refuse the connection. Try asking your ISP to add a PTR record to solve it!
