MercuryE has no size limit but the receiving SMTP server can have one. It's not likely to be as small as 32 KB though, so the problem is presumably as you suggest elsewhere.

 I am having difficulty using the Mercury SMTP mailer. I am sending emails but they seem to be limited to 32KB. How do I increase the max file size?

That is controlled by the "ESMTP maximum size" setting located on the General tab of the configuration options.

I'm not seeing that option. I checked under Configurations >  MercuryE SMTP Client > General and nothing there like you mentioned. Which menu sub-option is this under?

I found it. It is set to 0, so it must be an issue with my code. Thanks. 

I saw "Mercury SMTP" in your post and jumped to the assumption you were using MercuryS.  My apology.  I have only used MercuryC and MercuryS so am not familiar with MercuryE.
