Sub-folder within a mail folder?
The Pegasus Mail folder list can contain "Message folders" and "Filing Trays". Filing trays can contain message folders but message folders can not contain other message folders. Message folders do not need to be a Tray. For your example you would create a filing tray named "Clients" in which you would create a message folder named "John Smith".
A note about trays...
They are not physical sub-directories. The structure is maintained by a file named HIERARCH.PM. Corruption of this file can require a rebuild which results in the loss of the tray structure. To help in a structure rebuild (should I ever need to) I suffix my message folder names with a reference to their parent tray (eg: John Smith_Client).
