Be aware that the old email address stays with existing discussions.  Anyone posting to one those will trigger a notification to your old address.

I changed email addresses awhile ago but still have my old one active and occasionally receive notification of a posting to an old discussion.

 For some reason the forum software does not notify me of new posts/answers to a thread I started although I checked the corresponding option.

What am I missing or is this feature not working (anymore)?

no, spamfilter is ok.

also reviewed "deleting on server" - list, it is not on the list.

I found the error - it was me! :)

I hadn't updated my e-mail adress for quite a long time in the user settings ... oh my ....
