MOVE window outside of Pegasus Window
I don't know if pop-up window locations are stored in STATE.PMJ
Yes, it is. Good hint. I have searched for any changings inside the STATE.PMJ after moving the MOVE TO window. The corresponding entry in the STATE.PMJ reads like the window name, in our german edition: "Waehlen Sie einen Ordner" (Select a Folder). Behind there, the position and dimension values are stated. Hope, I keep it in mind until next time ...

Hi guys,

One of our users experienced a complete freeze of Pmail when using the button MOVE instead of drag & drop when moving a mail to another folder. But because we have only one Pmail instance in place and other users didn't experience this, it must be a local user problem with its local settings.

Finally it has turned out that the pop-up MOVE window appeared always outside of the Pmail main window and we didn't see it on our computer monitors. But the concerned user is using a two monitor system, where he has moved the pop-up MOVE window to the other screen. And then the focus is on this pop-up window and it seems that Pmail is frozen.

Finally we started its own computer, pushed the button MOVE and moved the MOVE window back to the main window of Pmail.

Is there a opportunity in place to move all windows back to the main window of Pmail? Unfortunately the entries in Menu "Window" have only effect to the folder windows but not to any pop-up windows. Additionally all Pmail functions are blocked as long as the pop-up window is active and is flying around outside the desktop.

I don't know if pop-up window locations are stored in STATE.PMJ but renaming it then starting Pmail would be the first thing I would try.
