Hello folks haven't had to ask for help in quite some time until now. Quite frequently recently I'm getting email where the content message shows just the letters TEXT and nothing.appears

I will then look under the attachments and see the alternatives and see for example html 67k with the plain text showing 0.0. I will open the html and just a very small part a message appears not even the entire

I''m very old school and don't laugh....still using XP with FireFox latest version 49.0.1  I'm stubborn

Is there some settings I need to change to see text as well as html and/or modern with my mail? If you need further info as to what I currently have and/or checked...let me know. I'm just not understanding

First of all: Do you use the latest version of Pegasus Mail (4.72) and BearHtml/IERenderer (both occasionally need to be updated independently, see the crash post for their download links)? Next you should check Tools => Options => Message Reader => Where a choice of format exists, display the fancy version.
