Highlighting Text in Pmail?

AFAIK, the only formatting options are font, bold, italic, underline, text color, & paragraph formatting.

Hightlighted text can be imported into an outgoing Pmail message with MS Word, etc. Is there any way Pmail can highlight text without the use of an external word processor? Example: Hi my

name is Joe.

I have checked every message setting in Pmail - no luck. Any help will be most appreciated. Thanks.
