EDIT: I removed my anwer, I found out, that every folder has an address in pegasus mail folder, so It can be easily moved.

Transferring email folder from one mailbox to another
I have several sorted mail folders in my email account.
I need these folders to be accessible from another email account as well, since I will be closing the current email account soon.
How I can transfer certain emails(folders) from one account to another WITHOUT transferring WHOLE email account contents to another?

1. Are you talking about using Pegasus Mail?
2. Is your email account a Pegasus Mail user/identity or an online account?
3. Do you maintain your emails server side (i.e. use IMAP for accessing them remotely)?
4. Or do you maintain your emails on your home machine after downloading them from a remote server?
