Having a bit of a problem with the interaction between Pegasus and my monitor.
The monitor is a Samsung SA-450 with a 1920 x 1200 resolution. I recently installed a new video card to support this resolution as previously I couldn't use the full height of the screen. This problem started with the new card.
Initially, the colours were washed out, both on Pegasus and other programs (not all though, images were fine). I reset the monitor to factory defaults and the colours came good, however now Pegasus was slightly too wide and the extreme left was clipped off. I then tried the auto adjustment button on the monitor. This fixed the width issue and sharpened up the fonts. Unfortunately, it also got rid of coloured text in messages.
I have now done the reset then auto adjust several times and currently I've got coloured text and Pegasus fitting the monitor so I'm fairly happy but I am totally confused. The colours still aren't quite right but it seems as though Pegasus is the only thing affected.
Wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue? I'm running XP Pro SP3 and the new card was a Nvidia GT 730.
