The new mail folder is not a physical folder file like the other Pegasus Mail folders. Instead it is a window that contains a list of the new message files (.cnm) in the New Mailbox directory. A typical network installation is a single install of Pegasus Mail that is run from multiple devices, each device accessing a different mailbox (Pegasus Mail user). Multiple devices may access the same mailbox but not simultaneously. If your PC is on all of the time and accessible by the tablet then your best bet is to run the PC installed Pegasus Mail from the tablet. It must be shut down on the PC first though.
FWIW, accessing Pegasus Mail data from multiple devices is a problem because of the fact that a mailbox should only be accessed by a single instance of Pegasus Mail at a time. If you are currently accessing folders from the tablet while Pegasus Mail is running on the PC you should be prepared for data corruption at some point. It can work fine for awhile and then out of the blue you'll end up with a corrupted folder.
