Pegasus mail issues

Hi there,

Most importantly you must not install Pegasus Mail in the Program Files directory tree. You should let Pegasus Mail install itself in its normal location: c:\pmail.  There is no New Mail folder to set up. It is usually located as c:\pmail\mail\admin  (userid Admin) and automatically setup when Pegasus Mail is installed. The files in this directory are separate email messages (*.cnm), and you would Move them into more meaningful folders.  Think of the New Mail "folder" as the mail-drop area where incoming mail is stored ready for inspection and possible disposal.

Hope that helps

HI:

I seem to have gotten a few mail issues with Pegasus recently.  I am using the latest version on Wonfdows 10.

The default new mail folder suddenly changed its permissions to a new normal folder that  I set up.

I have tried deleting that - but permissions (postman icon not appearting against any  folder)

New mail seems to now be going into new mail folder - one confirmed mail received.

Any ideas welcomed!
