Printing problem: IE is unable to print this document
Suggestions?
Please try to proceed according to this post at the top of the support forum, especially with crashes. In case of the printer issue occuring again use the Snapshot option as provided by the Start menu entry after installing the MiniDump extension while the error message is showing. It might also be helpful to get the problematic message forwarded to <beta-reports [at] pmail.gen.nz>. For ensuring the original message being forwarded unmodified this should be done by forwarding the message as attachment to a new message as provided by PM's forwarding dialog. Please copy the subject of this thread into the subject field of your message and add a link to this thread for reference.

When my wife tries to print an email,

 • In the New email window, clicks on Open to open the email. It opens in a window.
 • She clicks the Print button. The IE Renderer warning shows.
 • She clicks on Yes. Print Preview shows.
 • She clicks on the Printer icon. She gets to choose a printer and clicks on OK.
 • A message box shows: Message from webpage -- There was an internal error, and Internet Explorer is unable to print this document.
 • She clicks on OK.

We have also seen Pegasus crash rather than showing the message box.

 I have found 2 work-arounds:

 • At the IE Renderer warning, click on No, then accept the default printer
 • Click the Print icon in the New email window.

Her PC is running Windows 7 (fully patched, except for Get Windows 10 stuff) and Pegasus 4.72.572

She tells me that she used to be able to print using the steps outlined above.

 Suggestions?

I would be interested to hear if your wife can print after she disables IERenderer, which causes the Bearhtml alternative html renderer to be used.
