If you are using multiple identities, make sure you are running Pegasus Mail as the identity used when sending via the TWC SMTP server.
Follow these steps to disable the existing SMTP host and created a new one.
Tools > Internet options
Select the Sending(SMTP) tab
In the pane titled "Send mail using these SMTP hosts" click the one configured to connect to TWC and select disable.
Click Add
Click New
Enter a name
In the "Server host name" box enter "mail.twc.com" without quotes
In the "Server TCP/IP port box enter 587
Click on the Security tab
In the SSL/TLS settings area make sure "Never" is selected
In the SMTP Authentication area tick the "Login to the SMTP server using the following details" then enter your username an password.
Click OK to close that window.
Click on the General tab of the Internet Mail Options window
Enable Internet session logging.
Click OK to close the Internet Mail Options window
Restart Pegasus Mail
Try sending a message.
If it fails, check the internet session log.
Don't forget to turn off internet session logging once you are done troubleshooting.
