latest update fails to install

Since it's the executable it might still have been running silently in the background for some reason.

I tried installing the latest version as an update and always get the message in the file, where it fails to install wpmail.exe. Eventually gave up and renamed PMAIL to PMAIL1 and installed as new installation, then copied over the mail folder, which seems to work
