I had a computer crash and for the first time in 25 years, I'm without my Pegasus Mail. Can't seem to install back. Specs given to me by Spectrum apparently can't work for some reason and I need somebodys help in trying to install. Username: Your full Spectrum email address
Password: Your Spectrum email password
SSL: On
Protocol: IMAP
Port: 993
Port: 587
Requires Authentication: Yes, or checked

TWC.com and any domain ending in .rr.com not covered above

Incoming Email Server: mail.twc.com
Outgoing Email Server: mail.twc.com

I'm in New york and the set up is goofy....My email is roadrunner via Spectrum as Charter is not recognized and as you can see specs are still with Time Warner Cable OR twc.com

Can anyone help me?

Hi, just read this instruction below and I'm not sure if your email supporting ssl.
So perhaps you have to use the normal imap port 143.
And by the way Pop3 should also work following this description.

POP3 still works for me with my old TWC Roadrunner account. Below are the settings I am using. Your server may be different but these ports and security settings are worth a try.

POP3
Server: pop-server.carolina.rr.com
Port: 110
Security: Never (no SSL or STLS)

SMTP
Server: mail.twc.com
Port: 587
Security: Never
