Upgrading to v5

As a long time user of Pegasus, and upgrading over the years, I've got files dated from 1993 in the 'Programs' folder.

I'd be interested to know if there was going to be an option in the upcoming v5 where the upgrade would end up with a 'clean' new v5 set of files with the personalised files copied over?

or whether it would be better to go for a new install?

I'm with Gold1640, a cleaning tool would be highly appreciated which could be used regularly or after an update.
We are using Pmail and Mercury since decades. And there are a lot of obsolete files accumulated, I guess. But I don't have the time to check which of the files are obsolete and could be deleted after an update and which are still needed.

Actually, v4.8 already did remove several outdated files, and this doesn't only refer to the ones it updates, IOW: David Harris does care.
