We are facing an problem in pegasus, when we open any folder in pegasus software it hanged and not open any folder, did anybody have solution please let me know.
Please describe exactly what is happening. Does that folder simply fail to open? Does Pegasus Mail become unresponsive and you have to kill it with task manager?
If it is still responsive, click the "Window" menu item and look at the bottom section of that window for any entries (below the "Button panel" menu item). They will be prefixed by a number.

Thanks for your response, it becomes unresponsive nothing works then we kill process from task manager, sometime its work and sometime stop working and hang.
Maybe it's time to ask what version of Pegasus Mail you're using and whether you've updated IER to its most current version? On which version of Windows?

The update of IERenderer is separate from updating Pegasus Mail. If you didn't update it please do so. This page contains the version history and download link: https://www.pmpgp.de/renderer/History.htm
This is the direct download URL: https://www.pmpgp.de/renderer/IERenderer.zip
Extract the downloaded IERenderer.zip file and then run IERendererSetup.exe to install it. It will automatically update any installed version. Pegasus Mail must be closed when updating IERenderer.
Also, in my first post I asked about entries in the "Window" pull down menu. This is important because folders can open off-screen making it appear that the didn't open. The entries in that menu will list all open folders so can identify any that are open but not visible.
