I don't think you can do anything about this since it's apparently the client's application failing, so (s)he's the one who needs to investigate: What email application, what operating system, check on the email provider's web mail access page, can we get a raw text version of the complete message including its headers as received from the client without any further modifications by the client (most recipients would fail to do so, I'm afraid, but then it's really
not your and our task to "fix the Internet" ).
