Cant send to Spectrum email from Pegasus.

I have not been able to send emails from Win-Pm to my Spectrum account since July 20th using Win-Pm .. I can still receive and download messages as normal. Accd to the error message log the email address I used for authentication is not the same as the address I've sent from. I've redacted my addresses in the log below, but they are the same. Also I can send email using an identical profile from my iphone or using the web-mail site. The problem occurs ONLY with Pegasus (both 4.8 and 4.81).


Anyone else having problems like this, with Spectrum

Have you looked at Tools Internet options and made sure that the email address listed in general and under pop3 and smtp are exactly the same.


Seems to be saying that you are authenticating with one email, but the message you are sending is showing a different one? Are you trying to bounce and email? Heard that some sites are no longer allowing that option, since you are trying to send message with original senders email?


Don't know if you copied info from window, and made a TCPLog. If not make a log and see if it has any more data. Remember to edit out email and encrypted password info, since it can be decoded.
