rogue email in ready to send folder

Running v4.81.1154, the outgoing "queued mail" folder has what appears to be a blank message with no address. If it is deleted, it reappears shortly after. When sent it generates an error to the effect of "has no address". How to get rid of this persistent rogue message?

Queued messages generally are .PNX and .PMW files in the mail directory.
So, will Pegasus closed would look in mail directory for those extension.

Might want to look at contents to make sure they are the correct ones.
If so, just remove the pair of file. There might be some other extensions, but those are the ones I saw after creating a queued message.

One file is the send info, and other is an rtf encoded file.

I looked in my mail file folder and see no .PNX or .PMW files. There is however a .PMX file.

According to Han v.d. Bogaerde's list it's a queued message in "final format": It's usually safe to open such files in a plain text editor if they aren't modified when closed if you want to check its contents before deciding whether to delete it or not.
