Default font for messages
Yes. To change the font for all new messages, open the message editor (start a new message) then go to the Message pulldown menu and select Font, or, click the font button (blue "f" ) in the toolbar of the main Pegasus Mail window.
To change the font in an individual message click the font button in the toolbar of the message editor window.
