SPAMBUST.DAT seems to be the file that contains info

It has like 620 lines in it, and would think that might be one or more of those lines are causing the issue.
I would make a copy of the SPAMBUST.DAT file, and then try just deleting lines in the file to try to figure block or single line that might cause problem.
Syntax is a little difficult to see clearly. The ob thru me off until I found
# Check for all variations of "viagra" and similar products in subject and body
# Note that the "obfuscated" keyword, which is used to trap doctored versions of
# trigger words like "vi@gra", can be abbreviated to "ob".
Also looking that it adds tags on matches, and could be that the message causes it to add to many tags, and might cause an overload?
Would probable take some work to find what is exact cuase.
