A couple things that might help.
Doing a windows cascade to see if maybe the folder is somehow open in the background.
Second thing. Right click on folder in listing, and then select the folder information.
It should let you know what the folders PMM file name is.
Close Pegasus and then find that filename on system.
Rather than deleteing it, would move the filename with PMM and PMI extensions to another location.
That would physically have it no longer be accessible. But could put files back if any issues happen.
Might want to check HIERARCH.PM for Name_Unavailable lines with Pegasus closed.
Perhaps others will have other options.
