Order IMAP startup

It's very useful that I can set an IMAP profile to load automatically at startup, but they always start in the order in which they can be found in the IMAP profiles settings. However, in that window, I cannot change the order. Would be useful if profiles could be moved up and down there!

You can do this manually by editing the IMAP.PM file within your user mailbox directory with Notepad.
