Truncated tabbed dialogues on laptop

This kind of truncation is quite common when users change the display pixel dimensions and change the font to Small. Applications are not aware of video driver settings except for pixel width/height settings and frequently make no attempt to adjust positioning of objects on their displays

Dear all,

On my laptop (W2K SP4) with resolution 1024 x 768 windows uses 'small fonts' on 96 dpi.
All tabbed dialogues concerning the Internet Options are displayed to small so that buttons are truncated and - even worse - some control elements (check boxes) can not be reached:

I have tried to reduce the resoltion (can not increase it), switch to larger fonts, nothing helps.
Does anybody have an idea how to influence Windows to display these dialogues correctly ?

Thank You very much

No ideas at all.  I ran Pegasus Mail without issues on Win2k SP4 on my IBM Thinkpad for years.

Anyway the laptop is quite aged and I will have a different situation (OS, resolution, setup of Windows) on the new one coming soon.

I have managed the situation by copying all mailbox files from the workstation to the laptop - and then deleting the unneeded folders from within Pegasus.

Thanks for listening and thus provocing a second thought!
