We still Mercury NLM version. we have a few users that now have laptops and want to be able to use Pegasus Mail at home. Can Pegasus Mail be configured to retrieve and send mail in an unconnected state if we use the Mercury NLM version?

Yes. I you can install Pegasus Mail on the laptop in the standalone mode without the Novell dll then you can use the "Add mailbox to list" and point at the mail directories on the Novell host. For example, my Netware mailbox is x:\mail\4000003 (\thomas\sys\mail\4000003), I can point at this directory and all of the folders on the server will show up. You can then setup an identiry to send the mail via MercuryS NLM as well. If you are using NDS the mailbox structure will be different but the setup pretty much the same.
There are other ways to do this as well using the -A commandline option and a couple of different shortcuts.
