change smtp profile after email is in send queue?

You can manually edit the headers in the PMX file in the queue to change the identity that is specified however that's a whole lot of trouble.  Bringing the message back into the editor and sending it again using the other identity is a lot easier to accomplish.  Now you might want to look into the SMTP setups yuo are using to see if you can work around the problem by changing the domain name and email address for the SMTP envelope.
