We get lots of spam and rubbish for domains with RU in the HELO/EHLO.

eg:

EHLO mail.itch.ru
HELO brain.cki.com.ru
HELO mx1.vaz.ru
HELO com1.ht-systems.ru

is there anyway to drop and blacklist any SMTP delivery attempts for ANY domains with .ru ??

Try this

H, "[heHE][heHE]LO *.ru??", DS, "554 The Russians are coming!"

M, "*@*.ru>??", DS, "554 The Russians are coming!"

NOTE:  The ?? matches the <CR><LF> end of line combo  (so it doesn't match on HELO legitserver.rupert.com)
