I have a situation where a user is unable to print the entire message from one particular user. Only the first paragraph will print. Look at the message in the attachment viewer and the HTML message displays only the first paragraph. Back to the main viewer, switching between normal and 'fancy' view and printing from each has the same result.

I forwarded the message to my personal POP3 account, and setup Outlook Express on the user's PC to retrieve mail from my account. I was able to print the entire message.

We use Mercury with Pegasus on a Windows Domain. 

The mail is from a Mac user. However, mail from other Mac users prints fine.

Does anyone know why Pegasus Mail is unable to print the entire message?

Have yuo tried using the CTRL+SHIFT+P to print this message. 

This kind of truncation is seen when a html table definition is not closed off (indicating a broken message).  As you mention that you are looking at the message in the attachment viewer, I would suggest that you try passing the file to your browser.

Thanks for both replies. What does the keyboard combination shortcut do that is different to selecting Print from the toolbar? I'll also try opening the message in a browser and see how it displays. Can't do either until the user returns to work :)

The CTRL+SHIFT+P tells BearHTML to do the printing instead of the TER.

Hoorah! Both suggestions allowed the entire message to be printed. Thanks very much.

Next question... what does TER stand for? :)

TER is the TE Edit Control.  It's the tool from SubSystems <http://www.subsystems.com/index.htm> that David uses to create HTML.
