I didnt have this problem with the other version of Pegasus Mail....After I read a new mail and leave Pegasus, then come back on and check new mail it sends the same mail that I already received as new mail, and it will treat it as if I never received the mail before.  The only way I can not get it again as new mail is if I actaully go to Comcast mail and delete it.  Any answers are welcomed.

Perhaps Pegasus is not set up to delete messages after fetching them from the server?

Go to Tools | Internet Options, select the Receiving (POP3) tab in the settings dialog. Then select your POP3 host in from the list and click [Edit].

A new dialog opens (Settings for retrieving mail (POP3)). Make sure that Delete mail from server... is checked. It's located close to the bottom of the dialog box.
