Issue with PMail/32 Inbox not refreshing

Yes, it's had IMAP4 capability for some time now.  Use Tools | IMAP profiles to setup the IMAP4 accounts.

I have issue with Pmail users INBOX not refreshing automatically.

I run Pegasus with NDS support, I also run mercurymail32 on W2K server.

The user is able to change folders and returning to Inbox you'll see the new mail.

Ive checked the refresh settings and change the value as well.

Does the user have more then 700  messages or such in the Inboc. There is a limit on autrefresh built in

We are generally able to refresh, but we are finding that it takes a very long time to load many of our mailboxes.

We run Pegasus over a WAN.  The mail is stored at one location and users at remote sites often have to wait several minutes for messages with large attachments to load.

Is there a way that we can configure Pegasus so that it does not load all of the data every time that you open it, and only transfers the attachment when you try to open the attachment?

Yes, you run Mercury/32 and run IMAP4.  The remote site  logs in as a IMAP4 client.  A IMAP4 client loads just the headers when first connecting and it's a whole lot faster.

Can Pegasus Mail operate as an IMAP client?  We have only used it as a POP3 client.
