Link to Pegasus mail from any Url mail option doesnt work

I have Vista ( since new PC with this system all goes bad)
When I click a mail in a site it goes to MOE...which I have no interest and ner use...

But cant configure the option to open Pegasus for this click.

How can I configure it?

I m not sure I m able to do and follow all these steps. I never went into that side of the moon, sorry
I have to study this. Otherwise I may wait till Mr David Harris complete this tool

If you are not comfortable with directly updating the System Registry, please do not attempt these updates. You can do serious damage to your system.

If you have a computer system engineer for a friend, show him/her the details, otherwise I can only suggest that you wait on someone in this community to come up with a workable script.
