The stationery, (a reusable saved message as draft) allows you to add an image as background or inside the message easily. Do not know how to do this with a template and looks like the template only supports bmps at the help window not the message itself; I have to read more about templates.

Not sure what you are asking but you can reply with a template and a template allows you to do a lot of things in a reply.

It's not possible to reply with a stationery message; as Thomas said you can use templates for managing your e-mail.
