I do not do NDS.  I use bindery and so I use syscon.exe to change the username.  I just hit F3 when viewing the username to change it.  I suspect that there is something similar in NDS.  

Recently one of our ladies got married.   Is there a way to change her user name without having to set up a new mailbox?

Not sure if you are using Pegasus Mail, Mercury and/or Netware but yes you can change the username.  Let us know what you are using and we'll provide specifics as to how you would do this.
