I am trying to set up a new employee on an old computer whose former user had automatically logged into Pegasus Mail (v. 2.5). How can I disable this so the new employee can type in her username? I can not delete the former user's account just yet, but need to enable the new employee to access Pegasus from the same computer. Please help, thank you!

Depends on how this was done in the first place. There are three possibilities.
1. Command line option. The shortcut has a -i <username> on the command line. You just need to change the short cut to the new user or remove it.
2. PMUSER user environment variable. You need to edit the user environment on this system to remove the PMUSER variable.
3. Netware environment. In this case you simply need to loging as the new user.
