Hi,
I have been using Pegasus v4.41 happily, until after battling some XP crash problems, I now find I can’t print graphics from Pegasus when they are included with emails. Yes, I’ve clicked ‘Show Pictures’ and then the images are rendered in a nice WYSIWYG way on the computer monitor. When I try to print them, a gray rectangle appears where the images should be. If I open a browser, I get a WYSIWYG display similar to that from Pegasus; it prints well from the browser.
I reinstalled a new Pegasus v4.41 over my existing one and the results were the same.
I then used jv16 PowerTools 2008 to make a registry search on ‘Pegasus’. It showed 44 entries. I seem to recall maybe 8, the last time I looked.
What can be done to correct the problem?
Sincerely,
Ben H. Tongue
