Can not delete blank messages from Queue

Although there were no .pmw or .pmo I did find three .pmx files with zero filesize.  I deleted them (actually just changed the extention in case I had to re-instate them) and now all is well.  Thank you very much Martin.

BTW I left an earlier responce but it never did appear.  So please excuse me if this turns out to be a duplicate.

Somehow my wife managed to place several "blank" messages in her Queue on a Win 98 machine running PM v4.31.  When exiting the program she gets "There is outbound mail in your Queue".  Opening the Queue we find 3 blank msg (no info in "To" , "Subj", etc.).  We can "Delete" them or edit them from within "Queue Manager" by adding a "To" addr & send them but they will still reappear the next time the Queue is opened.  Any suggestions?

In Windows Explorer go to your NewMail directory (c:\pmail\mail maybe)  If in doubt check Pegasus Mail Help and the About  page where you click on "info"

Check in Windows Explorer for Pmw or Pmo type files with filesize of zero. Delete them.  Done

 HTH
