Thanks for your reply.  I did changed the "alias" name and that resolves the issue.  BUT it does seem logical [to me] that one person with same name and several different e-mail address's in there own separate list should be able to receive without going to the trouble of using a different name in each list.  I am content to let the issue end here.  Again thanks for advice.

I have two subjects with different e-mail address's in different LISTS.  When I select send I receive a dialogue box with the above title. The box lists both address's and asks me to select which e-mail address I wish to use. Can I (and how to do it) avoid this happening?  TIA

I imagine both subjects have the same name? The only way to NOT have this happening is to have unique nicknames for any entry in your address books.

Please correct me if I'm wrong[<:o)]
