Check the log files and see if there is something special happening before the crashes that might cause this. If you have any scheduled activities on the server, like virus scans or backup, make sure they are not interfering with Mercury. Have a look in eventViewer for system errors and check the disk(s) with Mercury (program folder and Mail folder) with ChkDsk to verify that there are no broken sectors.
