Can I suppress Disposition-Notification respones?

Go to Configuration / Mercury core - Files tab, and ensure 'Delivery confirmation template' points to a non-existant file.

or simply leave the entry blank.

Hi,

I've recently noticed that some of the Spam emails I'm receiving have the Delivery-Notification-To header set which causes Mercury to send a delivery notification and hence informing somebody (the spammer?) that the email account is active.  As I believe that the it is not mandatory to respond to the Delivery-Notification request is there anyway of turning this off within Mercury?

 Thanks for any help.
