When download mail, I do not see any little window/box which gives me details of the transefer

Along the bottom of the window is the status bar. During sending and receiving, details of how many messages are being transferred are shown, along with the progress of larger messages.

Hello everyone, I've just downloaded Pegasus mail 4.41 and it's the first time I'm using Pegasus.

I just need to knw how to do a few things:

  1. How do I set Pegasus to automatically store incoming mail attachments to a particular folder on my hard drive
  2. When download mail, I do not see any little window/box which gives me details of the transefer - I know such a box comes up in Outlook express everytime we begin downloading mail

Kind Regards.

It's done via a new mail filter.   You use the "Attachments" type filter looking for "*" and then use the action "Save to a file"  and the option "Save the attachment using the filename encoded in the message"  BTW, I'm not all that sure this is a good idea since that's the normal way a virus is transmitted.

There is none.

Kind Regards.
